Accenture paid $63.675M (DOJ, September 2011) to resolve False Claims Act whistleblower allegations of kickbacks and bid-rigging on federal contracts. More recently, Accenture is responding to a DOJ subpoena in the SAP/Carahsoft price-fixing investigation (2024, civil). A former Accenture employee was indicted (December 2025) for FedRAMP cybersecurity fraud — falsifying security assessments for government cloud systems.
Accenture has significant contracts with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). AFSC Investigate documents the company role in immigration enforcement infrastructure. Additionally, Accenture has provided technology consulting to the Saudi Ministry of Defense during the Yemen conflict.
