Alico, Inc. is a Florida agribusiness operating cattle ranching on approximately 55,000 acres of ranch and pasture land across multiple Florida counties. The company produces beef cattle, feeds cattle, and raises replacement heifers, selling to packing plants, processing facilities, and local livestock auction markets. Alico's Land Management and Other Operations division generates revenue from cattle grazing leases, hunting leases, and direct cattle sales. For fiscal year 2024 (ending September 30), the division reported $38.9 million in revenue. The company has historically run cattle on over 40,000 acres of the Alico Ranch, though acreage has decreased as portions were sold to the State of Florida for conservation.
