Alony Hetz Properties & Investments Ltd is an Israeli real estate investment firm whose portfolio includes properties in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, as documented by the American Friends Service Committee’s Investigate database. These settlements are built on occupied Palestinian land in violation of international law and are a core driver of the ongoing conflict. By financing, developing, and leasing settlement properties, the company provides the infrastructure that sustains and entrenches these communities within an active conflict zone. There is no evidence that the company’s activities provide an essential service to the Palestinian civilian population that would be materially worse off in their absence; instead, its operations support the expansion of settlements, which are widely recognized as an obstacle to peace and a source of heightened tension and violence.
