C Mer Industries' Mabat 2000 system places hundreds of networked cameras across Jerusalem's Old City under Israeli police monitoring. Surveillance sensors are installed at two checkpoints and one military base in the West Bank. Named in OHCHR 2020 and 2023 databases. Since 2022 C Mer has been the sole supplier of tactical communications to IDF ground forces, with systems integrated into Merkava tanks, armored vehicles, and aircraft.
