CNH Industrial equipment is systematically used by Israeli authorities and private contractors in the OPT. On April 8, 2025, CASE-branded machinery documented by Who Profits being used in demolition of Palestinian homes in A-Samu' (Hebron). CNH equipment including EX355 excavator used for Separation Wall construction and settlement industrial zone expansion (Barkan). 2025-2026 reports identify heavy machinery use in the "Crimson Thread" project — a 300-mile barrier severing agricultural access for Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley.

CNH Industrial equipment systematically used for home demolitions, Separation Wall construction, and settlement expansion in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Listed in Who Profits (Sept 2025), DBIO 2024-2025, and AFSC Investigate. CASE-branded machinery documented in April 2025 demolitions in Hebron Governorate.
