DOJ amended complaint (Jan 2025) names Camden Property Trust in hub-and-spoke RealPage algorithmic price-fixing conspiracy. Camden shared non-public lease prices, occupancy projections, and unit amenity data with RealPage, which used YieldStar/AIRM algorithms to coordinate pricing that suppressed rent discounting across competing landlords — eliminating independent pricing decisions and artificially inflating rents for millions of US households.
