Parker Hannifin has at least four EPA Superfund site listings and $39.4M in cumulative regulatory penalties across 136 enforcement records (Violation Tracker). Superfund sites include the Waverly, OH facility (TCE groundwater contamination, 30-year post-closure period ended June 2025), the Parker-Hannifin Aerospace Group site (EPA ID 0900625), and the I.C.D. Parker Hannifin site (EPA ID 0400068). The Enumclaw, WA facility drew a $366K EPA penalty (January 2023) for 12+ RCRA hazardous waste violations — five previously cited by Washington Ecology in 2019 had not been corrected — plus $64K in Clean Water Act penalties for stormwater discharge violations. Parker also assumed responsibility for the Lord-Shope Landfill in Pennsylvania through its 2019 acquisition of Lord Corporation.
