These facilities are documented as being built on confiscated privately owned Palestinian land within the occupied West Bank, including in unauthorized outposts like Migron. The company provides essential telecommunications infrastructure and services to illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Non-governmental organizations, including AFSC Investigate, have explicitly cited Partner Communications as being complicit in the occupation. The company's extensive network of antennas directly facilitates and supports the expansion of settlements, which the international community considers illegal under international law. By operating this infrastructure within occupied territories, the company is materially supporting activities that perpetuate the occupation.
