Conduct Screen Geopolitical Conflict
Documented complicity in serious human rights violations that do not fit a more specific code — extrajudicial killings, torture, mass displacement, or systematic deprivation of fundamental rights. Use a more specific code when one fits (forced_labor, conflict_zones, occupied_territories, indigenous_rights).
