Ethical Capital is a state-registered investment adviser (Utah) specializing in values-aligned investing. We manage concentrated portfolios designed to avoid preventable harm with a focus on long-term capital appreciation.

Our Approach

  • Manual Screening: We do not rely on third-party “ESG” scores. We conduct our own research to ensure every holding aligns with our screening policy.
  • Concentrated Portfolios: We focus on a small number of exceptional companies (typically 15–25) that we intend to own for years, not months.
  • Fiduciary Standard: As a registered investment adviser, we have a legal obligation to act in our clients’ best interests at all times.
