Client Portal
Access and Authentication
If you are an authorized client of Ethical Capital, you may be granted access to a secure client portal on the Site. Access to the portal is subject to these Terms of Use and the terms of your investment advisory agreement. Your portal credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@ethicic.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised or if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may offer the option to sign in to the client portal using a third-party identity provider such as Google or Apple (“social login”). If you choose to authenticate using social login, you authorize the identity provider to share certain account information with us, such as your name, email address, and profile image, for the purpose of verifying your identity and granting portal access. Your use of social login is also subject to the identity provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your password from any third-party identity provider. You may disconnect your social login at any time by contacting us; we will provide an alternative authentication method.
We reserve the right to disable access to the portal at any time for security or compliance reasons, with or without notice.
Portal Information
The client portal is provided as a convenience to help coordinate your advisory relationship with Ethical Capital. Information displayed in the portal may include account summaries, documents, communications, and links to third-party platforms including our qualified custodian(s). Portal data may not reflect real-time account information and may be delayed or incomplete. Official account information, including positions, balances, and transaction history, is maintained by our qualified custodian(s). In the event of any discrepancy between portal data and custodian records, the custodian records govern.
Portal Availability
We strive to maintain portal availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The portal may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from portal unavailability.
Session Security
Portal sessions may be automatically terminated after a period of inactivity. You should log out of the portal when you have finished your session, particularly when accessing the portal from a shared or public device.
Online Forms and Data Collection
Self-Hosted Forms
This website includes forms that collect personal and financial information directly. Information submitted through these forms is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of information through website forms does not establish an advisory relationship.
Electronic Delivery

Authorization
Ethical Capital uses an electronic signature platform to execute advisory agreements and related documents. By executing our Consent to Use Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records, you agree that electronic signatures have the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as handwritten signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001) and the Utah Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Utah Code §46-4-101 et seq.).
Recordkeeping
Electronically signed documents are retained in accordance with applicable recordkeeping requirements, including SEC Rule 204-2 as incorporated by the Utah Division of Securities. Clients may request paper copies of any electronically signed document at no charge by contacting us at hello@ethicic.com.
Exclusions Database and Research Data
Informational Purpose
Ethical Capital publishes certain research data, including our exclusion list and related screening methodology, for educational and transparency purposes only. This information reflects our firm’s values-based investment judgment and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or avoid any security.
No Recommendation
Inclusion of a company on our exclusion list does not constitute a recommendation against investing in that company. Absence of a company from the exclusion list does not constitute a recommendation to invest in that company. Exclusion determinations reflect our firm’s ethical screening criteria and investment judgment, not an assessment of any company’s financial merit or legal compliance.
